I covered Southern California, Las Vegas, and Orlando. I met with Pat Riley, Erik Spoelstra (Miami Heat), Ernie Grunfeld, Milt Newton (Washington Wizards), Chris Ford (Boston Celtics), Rick Adelman (Sacramento Kings), Lawrence Frank (New Jersey Nets) and Johnny Davis (Orlando Magic).

Immediately following the summer leagues I visited Ft. Myers to meet coach Dennis Johnson of the NBDL’s Florida Flame for their opening tryouts. They all have my resume. I just want the opportunity to show the world what I can do, no one will ever regret giving me that chance. I don’t know when and where I’ll get my opportunity this time, but you better believe I’m going to be ready.”
